Problem:
My xhorse dolphin xp007 manual key cutting machine workbench shakes and two handles loosen. It will not cut key properly. How to fix it?

If problem still exists, follow instruction below:
I. Workbench shakes
Step 1: Check if the screws are loosened.
If yes, tighten it immediately.
Step 2: Check the gap between 1 (thin-walled bearing) and 2 (shaft).
If the gap is large, the shaft needs to be replaced.
Step 3: Check the limit of 2 axes. Move the workbench to the extreme left to discover this location.
If it is loose, please tighten the 2 limit screws to withstand the limit end of the shaft.
II. Workbench cannot move forward and backward
Step 1: Disassemble the dolphin xp-007 machine
Step 2: Check the cross slide and linear guide
Check the sides of the cross slide for scratches and bite marks.Check whether the sliding of the guide rail is stuck.
If there is stagnation, please remove the foreign matter in the gap on both sides of the guide rail, and add guide rail oil.
Still can’t slide after foreign matter is removed. It means that the internal bearing of the guide rail is stuck, and there is a quality problem with the guide rail. Next, proceed to the third step.
Tip: In general, the second step can solve the problem that the workbench cannot move forward and backward.
Step 3: Disassemble the linear guide for repair
Loosen 8 screws
Push the guide rail, push the end face A of the guide rail to the position of the red line, and push the end face B of the guide rail to the position of the yellow line.
If it can be pushed, the foreign matter can be discharged by filling the guide rail with oil until the guide rail slides smoothly.
If the guide rail still cannot be pushed, please restore the device and return it to the factory for repair.

Remove the ignition switch from car
Connect VVDI MB IR adapter, MB power adapter with VVDI MB and EIS follow the wiring diagram
1. Read and Save EIS data
Run VVDI MB software
Select EIS Tools, IR mode and W202 210 208 K-line
Read EIS data and password
Insert IR adapter into EIS
Read EIS data success. Save data
and save file to HC05 format
2. Calculate Password
Go to Password Calculation function
Select IR mode and 202 210 208 Fast mode
Make sure you have connected MB power adapter
Get key password successfully
Copy the password
3. Prepare key file
Load EIS file
and paste password
Select a key position and prepare key file until completed
4. Set BE key frequency
Insert a new key into vvdi mb
Select Other Function-> Set key remote frequency
Set VVDI BE key frequency to 433MHz
5. Go to Read Write Key
Identify key
and Load Key File
Then write key
VVDI MB Tool writes key successfully. The new BE key now can start car.
Done.
I’m gonna attempt to cut a 2022 Ford Maverick HU198T key with Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus II key cutting machine. I’ll decode it first then cut it.
Unfortunately, I can’t find the HU198T option under Maverick, so I’m going to try with Escape HU198T that may work.
Fix on a working key on M5 clamp.

Install a new key blank on M5 clamp.
Starting cutting >> Cut
Side one is done, it looks all right.
We’re gonna see what we end up with one thing: the 20+ Bronco, 20+ Escape and 20+ Maverick. You may have to cut the mill, the tip of this key down if you notice. The 101 is angled over a little bit but let’s try cutting it anyway. And see what happens.

Flip over the key blank:
Starting cutting >> Cut
Xhorse Condor 2 is a new machine for me, but it does work in ease.
The new key can open the door & switch ignition on well.

What’s required:
Xhorse key tool max + Mini OBD Tool
Xhorse Key tool max pro
Xhorse XM38 Toyota smart key
A working key
Procedure:
Connect key tool max via mobile hotspot
Insert the working key into key tool max, go to Remote Control Recognition function, press lock button several times to identify key frequency.
(Accessing the cloud is only necessary if you do not know which key you need. And if you know, then just choose from the list)
Identify frequency 433Mhz
Then select the corresponding FCC (here F433 433.92 FSK option) to generate XM38 remote
Generate xhorse xm38 remote until completed
Then move to step 2.
Go to Mini obd tool app.
Select Toyota-> Select from model->Land Cruiser-> Land Cruiser Prado -> 2014 onwards with KeylessGo
Follow the instructions to Add a new key
Then follow mini obd app prompts
Register new key successfully
Test the new XM38 smart key.
Remote control is working. Car starts fine.
