Problem:
I have vvdi mini Key tool and I use vvdi super chip XT27A with ID49 selected from ID49 Ford USA (They was malesia as well.. i choose USA) generates successfully but car/van doesnt wanna accept chip under programming immo.
Long time aago when i has XT27B and was available i use that chip and work ok but as you know XT27B stop production.
Do you know if XT27A can be generated correctly to work with ford mazda key chip immobiliser id49 hitag pro 2015+ ?

You could use an XS smart key and generate the profile for which ford key.
You need and should work also.
You can get the XEB510EN B5 Super Remote with xt27b chip.
Problem:
Programming a Honda ID13 transponder key with xhorse vvdi key tool max and this message came up. Does anyone know how to get the information for “search header info” ? Thank you
Solution:
After you generate the chip is empty without ID.
Go to special funtions >set type of vvdi super chip>set as id13 >settings.
Or use cloning function.
Problem:
I tried to generate xhorse super chip xt27 with Autel KM100. but failed. Can I Generate VVDI Super Chip with Autel KM100?
Solution:
Autel KM100 will not generate Xhorse chips or KEYDY directly.
To generate xhorse xt27 super chip with KM100, you need to generate xt27 to Hitag-2 blank chip. Then move xt27 to Autel KM100 and you can generate it as other chips, i.e ID48 Megamos.
1. First I need to generate Xhorse XT27 superchip on Xhorse VVDI Key Tool, like Htag-2?
2. And after this i need to move XT27 to Autel KT100 and i can generate it as ID48-Megamos for example?
Xhorse does not generate Keydy chips or vice versa.
Problem:
I’ve got the xhorse vvdi XT27a super chip transponder generated by key tool max but it won’t learn on the 2002 Ford F150. I’ve learned keys before with no issue doing this but for some reason this won’t work.
Solution:
Not 4d 63, use 4c chip. H72 with 4C chip.
Need better transponder, ford’s antenna isn’t strong enough to read those chips.
Use genuine big glass 4c chip. Older Fords do not like taking generated 4c chip. Use a glass 4c chip and then clone that to a Xhorse super chip and should work fine. See it all the time.
User feedback:
I removed the clam shell, generated the chip to 4C, and put the chip right inside the coil antenna. Then I was able to learn the chip. I temporarily placed the chip in the antenna on its own while I get the proper 4C chip.
If cannot generate GM 7937 transponder with xhorse vvdi mini key tool and super chip xt27. Here is the solution.
Go under id46 (PCF7936), then select 46-GM
It’s under 7936, it will say E or Extended. but it does work.
Rather than ID46 PCF7937 menu
