One customer gave feedback that his Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad was not voltage when reading Mercedes-Benz W164 EIS on bench. He was using a XDKP30 Multi Function Adapter to connect Benz EZS/EIS Adapter and Key Tool Plus.
Is this the right connection? Please help.

VVDI Key Tool Plus + XDKP30 Adapter + Benz EZS/EIS Adapter
* DO NOT connect to 12V voltage if the wiring diagram is not marked.
Select path:
Prog >> IMMO >> BENZ >> EIS
Select path:
Immo programming >> Benz >> Select from system >> EIS Tools
From the images provided, we found the customer had selected the wrong path for OBD method. Simply re-select to correct path, the problem can be solved!

The SSID has successfully calculated the password in the last 12 hours. Use “Query result” function to get password and then write key.
Problem:
One customer gave feedback that Xhorse Condor XC MINI Plus II screen turned dark during operation. And He has broken lots of cutters when cutting, When it stops then movement on cutter stops while it moves it breaks cutter and have to change the cutter.
Possible Reasons:
1.Hard key blank and incorrect cutter setting (broken cutter)
2.Damaged driver board (dark screen)
Solution:
1.Set “Spindle Speed” as “High”, and set “Movement Speed” as “Low”.
2.Replace driver board.
