Xhorse Key Tool Plus Add BMW E60 Key via OBD

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus is a good tool to successfully add BMW E60 key via OBD in 1 minute. Following I’m gonna show you.

1. Read & Save Key Info

Immo programming >> BMW >> Automatically diagnose models >> Read key information

Please insert the key into ignition switch.

Connect the vehicle & key tool plus well.

Press “Yes” to add key.

Confirm key info, press “Yes”.

The dealer key should be taken away from ignition switch.

If key is keyless, please move it out of car.

If there’s no key in ignition, continue anyway.

Press “OK”.

Save key file.

2. Program New Key

Prepare dealer key with programmer >> Select a blank key position: Key4

Put new key into Xhorse Key Tool Plus Programmer.

Is the current key a smart key? No

Key make okay and locked. Please use it to start the car.

If cannot start engine, use “Add key” function to add the dealer key to CAS system.

If key can start engine, but keyless not working, please use “Repair keyless key” function.

Press “Add key”.

This function add the newly generated key to IMMO system.

Need to be executed “Generate dealer key – use programmer” function to generate key.

Press “Yes” to continue.

Put new key into Key Tool Plus programmer.

It’s not smart key, press “No”.

The dealer key should be taken away from ignition switch.

If key is keyless, please move it out of car.

If there’s no key in ignition, continue anyway.

Press “OK”.

New dealer key success is written to CAS system.

You can start engine with the new key now. If cant please use the normal working key first.

Test the new key, its remote work well.

Done.

Xhorse Smart Watch Honest Review

 I am going to show you this new xhorse smart watch that I have here.

Basically, this is my new car key. I don’t need the regular factory Acura key.

I just programmed this watch to the vehicle so whenever I want to get in the car, I don’t need the regular key. I can just use this key right here.

This is the actual watch you can put on our wrist and it has buttons here on the side.

this is like unlock, lock, panic and truck pop here.

It functions just like a regular watch but you have all capabilities of your vehicle so there is no more your watch at home.

What I do is I code it and then program it to the vehicle- a Acura MDX.

I program it to the vehicle quickly and easily.

how quick and easy it is.

The panic works but it’s still really early in the morning. I don’t want to wake up my neighbor so i’m not going to hit the panic button.

But like i said, you just put this on your wrist and hit the start button, the car starts regularly like it always has and you’re good to go.

Technology is amazing. It has come a long way and this is the future like watches where you can control your vehicle so you could never leave it at home.

Can Xhorse Key Tool Plus Program MK3 Emulator?

Problem:

 I need to add an ESL emulator from MK3 on Mercedes W204 with xhorse vvdi key tool plus.

It seems not possible to read it and then write. I can’t read data from the emulator.

i have disconnect and connect again, and i tried many times to connect and always red light because is not programmed.

Error: not connect to ESL or the cable problem.

Solutions:

The solution for write data without getting the error is to disconnect and reconnect the emulator from bench cable just before press write data button. It is written nowhere and fix the error!!!!

Xhorse ELV and Mini ELV emulator is recommended.

Xhorse Key Tool Plus Renew Benz EDC16C2 ECU on Bench

 Renew ecu Mercedes Benz edc16c2 with xhorse vvdi key tool plus on bench successfully.  VVDI MB Tool can do the job as well.

Connect ECU with key tool plus via renew cable follow the wiring diagram

An extra power supply is required, keep voltage up to 12V

Go to Immo programming- Benz- Select from system- Engine/Gearbox/ISM function
Read ECU data

Save data
Select Renew function
Load HASH file

upload ecu data just read
confirm and continue
Press Get Erase password

Select Renew

Renew ECU successfully.
