Don’t need to do both parts of the programming (BCM & KVM), program key in KVM only.

Xhorse VVDI Mini Key Tool Makes Ford Tourneo 2015 Remote
Use Xhorse VVDI Mini Key Tool to program a Super Chip for Ford Tourneo 2015 is rather fast and easy to be done in 2 minutes.
You’ll need an original working key & a new key for the operation.
Clone Transponder
Transponder clone >> Read transponder
(Put the original working key into Mini Key Tool coil)
Information has read out.
It is transponder 4D+(83) type, Ford/Mazda model, and cloneable.
Clone >> Start clone
(Do not remove the working key)
Successful data upload.
Calculate success.
Remove the working key, put a Super Chip into Mini Key Tool coil.
Wait to be written…
Successful copy.
Press “Complete”.
Now let’s test the new key with Super Chip on it, it can start the engine!
Program Remote
- Switch the key on then off quickly 4 times or 8 times, finally the key is off, the instrument will make a beep.
- Click UNLOCK button of remote to be programmed, until the instrument makes a sound, then release the remote.
- If you need to program more remotes, please repeat step2, click “OK” to exit. After all remotes are completely programmed.
- Note: complete all operations within 10s.
- Program remote success.

Clone Chevrolet Colorado 2009 ID48 Key with Xhorse Key Tool Plus
How to use Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus to clone Chip 48 online for a Chevrolet Colorado Z71 2009? Here I’ll make a quick demo to show the steps.
Tools
A working key
A new blank key with Super Chip XT27A66
Procedure
Put the working key into Key Tool Plus coil, press
Transponder clone >> Read transponder
As you can see, it is a ID48 chip.
It’ll requires 100 points for ID48(96bit) online calculation.
Clone >> Start clone
Data collecting… put coil near ignition start and switch on off, then remove key out 8 times.
1 time successful in collect data,
2 time successful in collect data…
Repeat 8 times to finish.
Put original working key into Key Tool Plus coil to calculate.
Upload data success.
Wait Xhorse server for calculating…
Read original working key success.
The the working out, put Super Chip XT27 into coil.
Cloning successfully.
Now put the VVDI Super Chip into new key to have a try.
It can start the engine.
Done!

Possible to make BMW X5 E70 2009 4.8 all keys lost with Xhorse VVDI BMW tool/VVDI BIMTool Pro if i I’ve got CAS3+ eeprom dump from vvdi prog and Bosch ME9+ dump from K-tag?
Yes. Not work by obd. If you have the files, do as following:
Select key position. Prepare dealer key with vvdi bmw programer.
Then select have ecu dump, load ecu eeprom dump.
Put blank key in slot and click ok.
vvdi bmw will give you a new eeprom that you have to write back in cas3.
Write it via vvdi prog.
Put cas3 back to the car and key will work.

We had a customer whose xhorse key tool plus pad every function selected was not responding. The problem was settled after a factory reset and update via Hotspot.

Select the “cloud” icon on the right top of the function you desired

Then run an upgrade via Hotspot.
