Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Program Toyota BZ3 Smart Key via Dump

 2022- Toyota BZ3 add key and all keys lost cannot be done via OBD. Here is the tip to program key for BZ3 with Xhorse tools.

Tools used:

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus

XDNP10 eeprom adapter

Xhorse XM38 smart key 

Immo data is stored in the BCM module. We have to remove the BCM module under the dashboard on the driver side.

Be careful when removing the module.

Disassemble the BCM module.

Locate the eeprom chip 25640.

Desolder the chip and solder it to XDNP10 eeprom adapter.

Go to IMMO Programming- Toyota- Select by vehicle- BZ3- 2022 onwards- Smart key system (46).

Back up eeprom data.

Then write key using Xhorse XM38 smart key.

VVDI MLB Tool VAG MQB48 Immo Data Does not Have VIN?

 Problem:

Today Working on Audi A3 2018 digital cluster but bladed key. Use Xorse VVDI MLB tool and MQB48 adapter to pull immo data from key it says successful but when I go to generate a dealer key the data shows like this the key ID is okay but no vin number I think wrong CS as well is this one is happened with someone else as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution:

All is good, mqb not keep vin in key, just PIN and CS and is enough to make a new key and learn it.

There is not Full data when read through Key. No vin and no ID of the second Key.

BMW REM Module Pinout to VVDI Prog and Multi Prog

 If a BMW 3 series, i.e F35 fails to open trunk, in most cases this is caused by data loss in the CPU MPC5515 of the REM (Rear Electronic Module).

You can read the CPU data, modify and write the modified data to repair the REM module.

Both Xhorse VVDI Prog and Multi Prog will read and write the module.

In VVDI Prog software, select Microcontroller -Motorola MPC55 series- MPC5515.

Multi prog works as well.

Xhorse Super Chip XT27A Failed to Write Key BMW EWS3 Solution

 Problem:

Tried to write key 2002 model Mini Cooper EWS3 system with Xhorse vvdi key tool plus using vvdi super chip xt27a.  I converted it to 7935 but it failed several times. The car doesn’t work in any way.

Solution:

Sometimes super chip fails on EWS3. XT27A is not ideal for BMW and Mini (some report signal being weak or losing programming).

Better use original 7935 chip or XT15 7935 chip. XT15 works fine.

But some others find a way to use the super chip for BMW PCF7935.

1). You should set chip on VW ID33 (some also set on ID44). It working always for BMW.

2) or Super Chip converts to 7935, then converts to VW33. Don’t have a problem it didn’t come back.
