Today I’m gonna use Xhorse Multi Prog Programmer to do cloning for a 2009 Land Rover Discovery 3 CEM.
I’ve selected my Discovery 3 SIM.
Now after the connection, I read it and the moment it find the chip ID. You can see the VIN number of the BCM that was given to me.
Since I’m going to write the customer’s data into it, I should save the reading data first in case of anything I can restore it back.
Open the data file from customer.
I’ll check the VIN number and make sure that’s correct. We can see the key codes, key IDs and VIN.
After confirmation, click “Write”.
Xhorse Multi-Prog writes quickly, it only took 13 seconds.
Next I’ll read it again then compare to the file from customer. To see if the file are the same.
Read >> Compare >> Open the file from customer
The two files being compared are the same!
Perfect done!
It is a PSA Delphi DCM6.2C SPC5674F ECU.
Read and write DCM6.2C in boot successfully with Xhorse Multi prog.
Read in boot ok.
Write in boot ok.
Online checksum calculation was ok.
It just takes longer in writing (12m) but it worked.
SCR Off works.
Car starts.
Problem:
One of our customers failed to calibrate the Xhorse Dolphin XP005L key cutting machine. The dolphin ii reported error code 6 during the calibration process.
Possible solution:
Open the back cover and adjust the X-axis sensor or baffle.
User feedback:
He checked and found this part is broken.
Final solution:
Need to replace the X-axis sensor.
Better replace the sensor of other axes to the X-axis and do an X-axis motor test first to see if there are any other problems.
Then send the test result to us.

Remove EWS4.4 immo box
You will need mcu adapter to read this data.
Run Multi Prog software, select Immobilizer->BMW->EWS4.x BMW

Read chip eeprom very fast. 33s only.
Now you can write key with vvdi2 or other programmers using this dump.
Problem:
Trying to read BMW CAS3+ 0L15Y eeprom with xhorse vvdi prog and XDNP11 CAS3 solder free adapter. Reads ID ok but failed to read and reported error chip crack failure. Any solution?
