Xhorse Dolphin XP008 Failed to Cut Key Solution

Problem:

My Xhorse Dolphin XP008 manual key cutter cannot cut this type of blade. Any solution?

Solution:Dolphin XP-008 is automatically tightened by this spring, the key blank is too thick and cut too hard.

Losen these two screws then tighten them again.

Try to cut key again.

If it does not work, remove this part and check if belt is loose.

How to Program 2014 VW Golf MQB Key with VVDI Key Tool Plus

 How to program a key for a 2014 Volkswagen Golf using the Xhorse VVDI Key tool Plus programming tablet via OBD.

Select IMMO Prog->VW->Automactical diagnose vehicle

Key tool plus detected cluster type:  VDO/Continental NEC35XX MQB 2014- UDS

Select Key Adding automatic wizard

Follow 5 steps to program key
1. Read and save eeprom data
2. Read and save immo data, this data is used to generate dealer key and learn key
3. Reset the instrument, clear DTC and sync the instrument
4. Generate dealer key, generate normal dealer key OEM (online)
5. Learn key.

Press Start to Read eeprom data

Then read and save immo data

Reset instrument

Generate dealer key

Turn on ignition with working key, if car has keyless, insert key nearby the ignition coil

Select Prepare normal dealer key->Add key (have a normal working key)

Clone Volvo ID48 96bit Transponder with Xhorse Key Tool

 Problem:

Volvo xc90 when i try to clone id48 96bit with xhorse vvdi mini key tool, i have this and can not read other 7. What is problem, server, tools or?

Solution:

Wait 1 minute each or disconnect battery terminal. Like VW Jetta, disconnect battery between reconnect and sniffer data acquisition 8 times.

You have to disconnect the battery each time.
After every read; ignition off, battery terminal off, wait 5 seconds, battery terminal on, ignition on.
Then it will work.

Read instructions on xhorse app.
If it’s Volvo model, each time can collect 1 set data, require disconnecting power to collect next set data.

Some people try turn the ignition off and On 8 times, without disconnecting battery, works ok as well.
