How to use Xhorse Dolphin XP007 to cut keys?
Xhorse Dolphin XP007 manual key cutting machine is tested ok to cut Sided, Track, Dimple and Tibbe keys. It is very suitable for outdoor key cutting jobs.
Xhorse Dolphin XP007 has unique clamps.
- It can clip both the civilian keys and car keys (i.e Ford, Benz keys)
2.The two sides of clam can be switched, and the other side can clip the cylinder key too.
- There are two screws bellow and one screw on the side. If you find the whole clamp has deviation or the key cutting job has deviation, just loose the screws and calibrate.

- Compared with the Dolphin XP-005 automatically key cutting machine , Dolphin XP007 is manual, therefore, it is cheaper; also It does not depend on the mobile phone, so it is convenient to use anywhere anytime.

- How does Xhorse Dolphin XP007 cut the flat key?
Clip the original car key on the right fixture, and the key blade on the left fixture.
There are several special clamp head for flat key.
Adjust the height
Start to cut.
Cut complete and insert it into the key lock to see if it can start the car.

- How does Xhorse Dolphin XP007 cut single-sided outer key?
The original key won’t be clipped tightly on the fixture, please loose the front screw and turn the bottom of the clamp to the top, then clip the key on the fixture, you will find it will be tightly clipped.
Then tightly clip a key blade on the left side of fixture.
Adjust the machine height.
Cutting.
The key is cut flatly.
- How does Xhorse Dolphin XP007 cut civilian key?
Clip the original civilian key into the first track on the right clamp.
Clip the key blade into the left clamp.
Adjust the machine height, when the height is ok, the upper first two indicators will flash.

BMW key Frequency 868mhz, 315 mhz, 433mhz?
Ordered some CAS4/FEM BMW 868MHz keys, actually I need 315MHz, so here comes one question ” How to distinguish 868MHz keys,315MHz key and 433MHz?”.
Judging by experience:
for me in EU. 90% of cas4 is 868mhz
90% of fem/bdc is 433mhz
90% of fem/bdc is 433mhz
Fact:
Not exactly – for 433 you have to specify if you need it to work for FEM or you need it for CAS4. They are not compatible like on 868 and 315 mhz.
This is only for 433mhz. And I heard there is a way to distinguish them by the exact MHZ they are working on:
– if it is 433.9mhz then it should be key for CAS4 system which has EWS4 level of security;
– if it is 433.2mhz then you can use it only on FEM/BDC system, which is also called CAS4+ with EWS5 level of security.

MB FBS3 BGA KeylessGo key User Guide
To program new keys on Mercedes Benz smart key (FBS3) after 2009 year (W221,W216,W164,W251) when all keys lost. The best solution is to have one VVDI MB + one MB FBS3 KeylessGo smart key(433MHZ frequency so far).
Note: C & E class 2010 – 2014 year not work yet.

MB FBS3 BGA KeylessGo key allows the user to write into the data via the USB cable and via the IR (the 51 type data file must be loaded and the battery must be installed).
Just provide the seller with 051 key data that is calculated and wait until they complete writing the smart key.
The reason why you choose MB FBS3 KeylessGo key 433MHZ:
- Mercedes Benz BGA smart key / only support FBS3.
2.After matching with this key, there is the same keyless entry function as the original key.
3.When you open the door, no need to press the remote control, press the button of the door handle to unlock.
4.When the door is closed, the key can be closed without pressing the key, just pres door handle button is OK.
5.There is no need to deactivate the one-button start button, no need to insert the key into the lock, and one button is activated at the touch of a button.
