Can I Clone MB T5 Transponder via VVDI Super Chip?

 It is possible to generate old Mercdes sprinter 2003 T5 transponder using xhorse vvdi super chip xt27?

It is cloneable but need luck. It failed on Actros and Axor,  xt27 does not work, cannot start car and gives MR code on instrument cluster. Maybe Sprinter is different.

Better use T5 glass transponder. Clone perfectly on Zedbul to T5 glass transponder. Also CN900 can clone it to T5 glass transponder.

If don’t have chip T5, take out the immo box behind cluster to make key by dump. For remote you need KR55.

How to Cut VAG HU66 Plastic Key with Xhorse Dolphin XP005?

 Question: How do I copy HU66 B6 Plastic original and plastic new. I have only Xhorse Dolphin XP005. I don’t want to break the copier when I read the original key.

Answer: Super easy to decode by eye. Decode by eye or use a calliper to make the measurements.
Decode by eye input number put the metal blade in and wen its about to cut pause and swap metal blade out then put plastic blade in and continue.
There is an option for plastic key on the xhorse app.

or get the xhorse key reader and it is excellent on wore out keys to decode.

 This is a quick instruction on how to connect new Xhorse Toyota 8A AKL Adapter to VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad for programming. Follow the below steps to start your job.

1. Prepare Xhorse Toyota 8A Adapter, TOY-C1 & TOY-C2;

2. Connect XD8ASK adapter & TOY-C1 cable;

3. Plug one end of adapter into VVDI Key Tool Plus Tablet, the other end to OBD line;

4. Plug OBD line to the car;

5. Connect the other end of TOY-C1 cable to the co-pilot intelligent control unit plug.

Connection is completed!

Will Xhorse Key Tool Max Downgrade Smart Key?

 Question:

I have a question about Xhorse Smart Keys. this “Downgrade Smart Key” option is only available on vvdi key tool plus? I do not see it on Key Tool Max.  It is not under “Special Functions” … I do not see any option for “Smart Key” Downgrade … or am I in the wrong menu? Thanks

Solution:

It’s in key tool max.

It’s not in special functions.

Go to Vehicle Remote>>Others, as the pic below

Xhorse VVDI2 BMW CAS3 Only Supports Add Key Error?

 Problem:

I have been working on 2008 bmw 550i today.

Reading eeprom & flash with vvdi2 bmw on bench.

When going back to car to start making dealer key & entering 64 attempts mode, kept on getting this message repeatedly.

‘This type only supports add key, not support all keys lost. Put original key into device coil before continue.’

Processing the key went okay but when inserting into the ignition it wouldn’t lock in & turn on the dash.

Couldn’t get ISN and complete the job.

Anyone has any idea of how to resolve this?

Solution:

Read the ISN from DME. Take DME out and read ISN.
Some CAS istap happen this if you have any cas3 with working key can read isn obd with ignition on otherwise DME out
If the dme is edc16c35 with short isn, vvdi2 can’t do the job, just autohex or bmw explorer.
