How to program 2007 VW Passat with Comfort module 95320 all keys lost using Xhorse VVDI Mini Prog and VVDI2.
Model: 2007 VW Passat B5
Transponder: Megamos ID48
EEPROM chip 95320
1- Read EEprom in Circuit using VVDI Mini Prog (1 shot straight in the head),
Remove comfort module, read eeprom 95320 with Mini Prog or VVDI Prog.
2- Decrypted EEprom with VVDI2
In VVDI2, select Immo dump tool, select Europe->Passat->Comfort ID48-95320
Upload eeprom data read by mini prog.
VVDI2 will extract pin code.
Read EEPROM out of circuit, found 7th Byte
Go to Passat B6/CC 4th Immobilizer system
Find 7th bytes CS code from ECU dump file
Decrypt 95320 dump to get 7th bytes
Then you can make dealer key with CS and PIN.
made 2 dealer key
1- overwrote key#3 with ID48 from smart key
2- Overwrote key #2 using XT27A Superchip.

There are some speical functions of Xhorse VVDI BIMTool pro under Fxx/Gxx Program/Code menu. Here comes the explanation of these special functions.
Function Introduction:
1. Switch ON/OFF transport mode: if in transport mode car not start, you can usethis function
2. Reset FEM to start: change module, if after change configuration data can‟tstart car because motor, you can use this function
3. Emergency switch ON: When all key lost or the ELV is off, the FEM/BDC/CAS4system can be programmed after turning on the ignition switch ON
4. Update gateway InstallECUlist: Update gateway Install ECU list
5. Reset FlexRay: Reset FlexRay will reset the internal FlexRay of the gateway.
Attention: Before this operation, you need to write the gateway control unit list first and reset FlexRay then reinitialize FlexRay
6. Initialize FlexRay: Initializing FlexRay will reset the internal FlexRay of the gateway. Before performing this function, make sure that all modules have been installed on car and communicate normally! After initializing FlexRay, if error codeof the vehicle appears, power off the vehicle for ten minutes it will work
7. Update MSM: MSM contains the SVT file information of all modules. Generally,this operation does not need to be performed. To perform this operation, you need to load the SVT file containing all the control unit information. The SVT file will besaved on the computer by default when the vehicle information is read.

8. Reset ELV: This function is used to replace the FEM/BDC, and the ignitionswitch can be turned on after resetting the ELV
9. FSC Tool: Update the navigation file information.
Calculate activate code: NBT host uses DE type FSC file to calculate activate code, CIC host uses 1B type FSC file to calculate activate code

10. VCM Tool: Mainly for read, write and backup VCM data

11. Initialize Airbag: It needs to use this function after repairing or replacing the airbag, otherwise the airbag will be abnormal
12. Reset EKPS production mode: Generally, after replacing the EKSP control unit need Reset EKPS Produce mode
13. Customer request: Send the code to the car, check the model information, and judge the problem through the vehicle’s feedback. For example: send the message 22F190,you can get the VIN
Here we will show how to add a spare MLB on an Audi Q7 2017 using Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus and VVDI MLB Tool.
Procedure:
Connect VVDI MLB Tool with key tool plus via OTG converter.
Go to Immo programming->Audi->Select by type->MLB immobilizer systems
Step 1: Identify key
Sekect 1-Identify key information
This is the new MLB key, it is unlocked.
Step 2: Check the wiring diagram
Let’s remove the key board of the original MLB key.
Solder cable to original MLB key board according to different colors as wiring diagram
Need to remove 2 capacitors.
Then connect key board with MLB Tool.
Step 3: Collect Key data
Select 3-Collect key data
If use original key the calculation will deduct 200 remote points.
Calculation successfully.
Step 4: Generate dealer key
Select 4-Make dealer key.
Insert the new key into the key identification area of the VVDI MLB Tool.
Make dealer key successfully.
Resolder and install original key shell.
Step 5: Learn Key
Select 5-Learn key
Turn off the air conditioning and open the engine compartment cover before programming the key.
Inout number of keys to be learned: 2
Put 1st key close to the ignition
Load immo data to learn key
Learn 1st key
Put 2nd key close to the ignition
Learn 2nd key successfully.
Test both keys. All working fine.

Problem:
Tried to add a smart key on a European Toyota RAV4 2020 with Xhorse XM38. I can read eeprom with vvdi key tool plus, erase all old keys, OEM key remains, and fully functional.
I have created, 8A smart. Rav4 0410 AA. ID8A.
And adjusted frequenting. I can add this, new xm38, Remote works, and push start button with key, car starts. No keyless entry, and no keyless go.
How to fix it?
Solution:
It’s a dual frequency. In the USA market early smart 312.35/314.35 MHz. If it takes and something is not working correctly proximity or remote flip the frequency 314.35/312.035 that makes all work. Early 312.35/314.35 later 314.35/312.35 and then first generation 314.35 ASK followed by 314.35 FSK.
Try it with dual freq (433 something/413 something) if there such thing in the remote generating menu. If it’s working the trunk button will be dead you must manually change the remothe config in the remote generation menu. There will be the correct value in the menu something 0B or similar for the trunk.
