Hardware 9A error means your remote is Chinese version.

Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Cut By Single-Bitting Progress Keys

 How to progress keys using the Xhorse Dolphin XP005 cut by single-bitting function? Here’s going to use Nissan lock as an example. I’ve got 8 cuts from the door but without first two positions.

When to use Cut By Single-Bitting?

If you have a key that only needs to correct one or two of these positions, then this function can come in handy. Since I only have the blank key, I’ll cut it first and then correct the first 2 positions.

Cutting by bitting >> DA34 10 Bitting >> OK

Enter in our known cuts here: ?? 32232432

Find bitting >> Nissan

There are 4 possibilities, so I’m just going to select the first one: 1232232432

Cut key >> Continue

Xhorse Dolphin starts working…

We can test it once done.

But if it doesn’t work for the lock, that’s when we can use the function.

How to use Cut By Single-Bitting?

There are 2 ways can find the function:

Method 1. Cut after Find Bitting

Reinstall the same key back to Xhorse Dolphin clamp.

Re-select the second option: 2332232432

Click “Cut by single-bitting”.

Here we can just select the first cut and the second cut.

Click “Cutting”.

Dolphin XP005 will cut key faster in this way.

Method 2. Cut Directly in Key Option

1. For example in Nissan DA34 option, we can select “Cut by single-bitting” function down at the key diagram.
2. Similarly, then we can select the single positions need to be modified.
3. Dolphin machine will only cut the selected cut after pressing “Cutting”.

Will Autel KM100 Generate VVDI Super Chip XT27

 Problem:

I tried to generate xhorse super chip xt27 with Autel KM100. but failed. Can I Generate VVDI Super Chip with Autel KM100?

Solution:

Autel KM100 will not generate Xhorse chips or KEYDY directly.

To generate xhorse xt27 super chip with KM100, you need to generate xt27 to Hitag-2 blank chip. Then move xt27 to Autel KM100 and you can generate it as other chips, i.e ID48 Megamos.

1. First I need to generate Xhorse XT27 superchip on Xhorse VVDI Key Tool, like Htag-2?
2. And after this i need to move XT27 to Autel KT100 and i can generate it as ID48-Megamos for example?

Xhorse does not generate Keydy chips or vice versa.

Xhorse Dolphin XP005 No WiFi available Solution

Problem:

I turn on the xhorse dolphin xp005l key cutting machine and try to connect with WiFi, but it failed to search WiFi and said no available WiFi. Any suggestion?

Solution:

Remove dolphin ii screen and check if this black WiFi cable is well connected

Xhorse VVDI2 Unlock BMW CAS4 on Bench

 How-to: unlock BMW CAS4 and add a newer shape key using xhorse vvdi2 key programmer.

Vehicle model example: Bmw F02 750 Li

Get it out of the car because the transmission is 6HP and need to unlock on bench.

(Before that when this CAS was connected to the car, it gave a warning and told that this car is having 6 hp transmission you should do it by a programmer or on the bench)

Device used:

Xhorse vvdi2

BMW CAS4 test platform or godiag one

Xhorse CAS Plug

power supply

Procedure:

Connecting 12 volts power to the BMW CAS test platform and power switch is on

Run vvdi2 software->BMW software

Put working key and turn on ignition on

Press Connect to detect vehicle information

Software asks prepare dealer key and change km require unlock CAS4.

Press Unlock CAS4/CAS4+ function

Unlocking CAS4 module.

Unlock success you can make dealer key.

Get key info again.

VVDI2 says this unit no need programming.

Select prepare dealer key with programmer.

Record the following informations can be saved at your document

Insert working key into ignition

Then select an unused key position

Insert a new key

it has been learned successfully.

Take all of them out and try to turn the power completely.

Both keys will turn ignition on.

Everything is working and the car is running.
