 Here is the easy guide on generating Subaru 82G transponder key with xhorse vvdi key tool max and super chip xt27.

If xt27 super chip key failed to start engine,

1). Try generate chip again

Try putting the big end of chip closest to ignition coil.

Especially on ford

There is only so much space in the chip

Sometimes the signal isn’t strong enough.

Sometimes you need to try another chip (i.e Keydiy chip, handy baby chip)

Tips to Read RENESANS V850 D70F3624 with VVDI Prog

 Problem:

I have a problem with reading SRS Autoliv 624926000 RENESANS – V850_D70F3624 by xhorse vvdi prog programmer. The frequency selection is wrong, the same is manual and auto.

Solution:

1.) Try with older version of software.
3 in row srs modules from Peugeot
read and write without problem with D70F3624.

2). Change tension to lower

3). Incorrect wiring diagram. Check wiring diagram again.

Feedback:

It works.
Color confused.
Gray in the photo and should be brown.
My oversight but I confirm it works with this MCU.

VVDI Key Tool Plus Detect Ignition Coil

 Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad can detect ignition coil to confirm whether the vehicle is equipped with chip & immo system when all keys lost.

How to detect vehicle ignition coil for AKL?

1. Place VVDI Key Tool Plus coil close to ignition, enter into: Special function >> Ignition switch coil signal detection;
2. Use a programmed mechanical key to turn on/off ignition;
3. If Key Tool Plus Pad displays chip info with beeps, which means the vehicle is equipped;

If Key Tool Plus Pad has no any response, which means the vehicle is not equipped.

Program Benz W251 All Keys Lost with Xhorse Key Tool Plus

 Mercedes W251 (w164 EIS with NEC) all keys lost xhorse vvdi key tool plus failed to calculate password (data acquisition failed). Autel IM608 cannot too (ZGW connected with EZS using GBOX).

Not possible to read NEC by soldering points. Any solution?

Tips:

Connected on bench as showed on diagram. Voltage increased to 14v. Voltage/battery has to be very strong.  Also turn the collector slightly and clamp in that position. Autel still cannot calculate. But key tool plus is working.

Finally, key tool plus gave password.

Autel failed me again on MB.
