No, key tool max pro supports English only in App. 

Database language: English Only.

Other app language requires authorization, including German, Spanish, Persian, French, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese etc.
