How to clone Volvo S60 CEM R5F64524_KFD with Xhorse Multi Prog programmer?

We already backed up the P-flash, Data-flash and eeprom of the original CEM.

Select Immobilizer-Volvo- CEM R5F64524_KFD.

Check wiring diagram.

Read and save P-flash of the donor CEM.

Read and save Data-flash and eeprom of the donor ECM, respectively.

Write original P-flash data to the donor CEM.

Write Data-FLASH to the donor ECM.

Then write original eeprom data to the ECM.

Done.

How to use Xhorse EWS4 Adapter for Multi Prog

 Is it possible to use the Xhorse EWS4 adapter with Multi Prog programmer?

Yes, it is possible.

There are two ways to connect the EWS4 adapter with multi prog.

Select EWS4.x (Adapter) option in multi prog software, you will see the connection diagram.

Method 1: Connect the EWS4 adapter with multi-prog via DB15-DB25 adapter.

Method 2: Connect the EWS4 adapter with multi-prog via XDKP30 Multi-function adapter converter.

Back up donor ECU data.

Select original ECU data and write to the donor ECU.

Correct checksum in progress.

Checksum correction successfully. The data has been verified.

Write data to the donor ECU.

Xhorse Multi Prog Read and Write Kia ME17.9.11 ECU

 Xhorse Multi Prog will do Kia Bosch ME17.9.11 ECU IMMO OFF function without 3rd party tuning software or tool. VVDISHOP here will show you how to do immo off.

Select ECU- Hyundai-Cerato- Kia Bosch ME17.9.11 ECU.

Check bench wiring diagram.

Connect ECU with multi prog.

Read and save EEPROM and Flash respectively.

Go to Tool tab. Select Turn Off the IMMO function.

Load Flash data just saved.

Hit Turn off the immo.

Generate immo off file and save.

Write ECU.

Hit Write and select IMMO OFF file just saved.

Click Yes to calculate checksum. Multi prog takes about 10 minutes to correct checkum.

Then write immo off flash data until finished.

Done.
