How to Secure VVDI Super Chip in Xhorse Remote?

 There are many methods to secure xhorse vvdi super chip in universal remotes.

1).

Using adhesive lined heat shrink. For example, this particular car was a 18 camary all keys lost. oem flip key. The user cloned super chip from a new H key. Generated remote. Use IM608 to learn key then remote. All working good.

2).

Super glue works just fine too.  But sometimes will stuck cap etc messy and many times have to open a new tube for every Job. Gets annoying and messy.

I use hot glue, and position it into the tip of the flip key. Some of the remotes have a small LED you might be covering.

3). some use silicone

4).

I use glue stick for glue guns but just use my lighter to melt the glue. No need a glue gun or wait time to warm up etc. takes literally 10secs to drop some glue on it and done.

5).

just buy super remotes they have built in super chip.

NOTE: XHorse makes several versions of Toyota look alike keys, but they don’t have chips. It’s not like the Ford style where you get to choose with or without chip.

How to Solve VVDI Super Chip Toyota 4D70 Key Not Start?

 Question: Toyota Yaris 07 4D70 Europe all keys lost try to make a key. Open the immo box read the 93c56 atmel. Make a key in autel and vvdi key tool plus with super chip xt27. Write the file and car doesn’t start Any idea?

Solution:

Solution 1:

One of our customer did the same with same result. Removed again and written Ori key from scrap. Then when car start just cloned to dedicated key.

Solution 2:

Read atmel chip and all good the car was start with OEM chip and vvdi key tool plus

Solution: 3: 

Xhorse mini prog and key tool plus works without problem using OEM chip.

Solution 4:

The job can be done by xhorse vvdi2.

Did just this job today. 93c56. 4d70. With vvdi2. Works perfectly.

super chip as 4d70 new dump saved and written etc.

in vvdi2 you need to write the modified file back to eeprom.

Can I Precode Xhorse Super Chip with Autel IM508?

 Question: I would like to ask you if Autel IM508 + XP400 Pro can precode and program Xhorse VVDI super chip XT27? Can you please take the time to explain to me how i can use my tools to program these VVDI super chips.

Answer:
Super chip NEED TO BE CONVERTED to the required ID before programming. This chip is from Xhorse you need to use Xhorse tool for it, same situation as you buy a xhorse universal key with remote, you need also a vvdi tool to precode. Other tools cannot. Neither Keydiy kd-x2 or Autel KM100 can generate super chips.

Only one exception- xhorse BE/FBS3 key for Mercedes, you can use with other devices (Autel/CGDI etc)

You have to generate your chip with vvdi Mini Key tool/Key tool max then Autel can program it. That is, you generate an ID48 with vvdi and then autel can dedicate it to vw (for example) and program it in the car.

Can I Clone MB T5 Transponder via VVDI Super Chip?

 It is possible to generate old Mercdes sprinter 2003 T5 transponder using xhorse vvdi super chip xt27?

It is cloneable but need luck. It failed on Actros and Axor,  xt27 does not work, cannot start car and gives MR code on instrument cluster. Maybe Sprinter is different.

Better use T5 glass transponder. Clone perfectly on Zedbul to T5 glass transponder. Also CN900 can clone it to T5 glass transponder.

If don’t have chip T5, take out the immo box behind cluster to make key by dump. For remote you need KR55.

Especially on ford

There is only so much space in the chip

Sometimes the signal isn’t strong enough.
