Bonus points details >> Combined device >> Add combination
Through clicking on “Combine device”, it’ll load up. All your combined devices and what you’ll notice is obviously. It’s got your devices what bonus points have been generated.
Send & input security code >> Add combination
Combined device success.
Xhorse Key Tool Plus has been added to account, so you can share bonus points and it will be all as part of your account.
Go to “Combined device”, the Key Tool Plus is in list with the rest of your devices.
Now you can therefore share all bonus points.

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad can program a key for BMW 520D F10 2011 CAS4 when all key lost via OBD successfully. As below is the procedure step by step.
Connect VVDI Key Tool Plus with OBD
A new BMW smart key
Identify Vehicle Model
Immo programming >> Europe >> BMW >> Select from system >> CAS4/CAS4+ Immo system >> Key function >> Start programming
Read Key Information
Generate keys via OBD >> Read key information >> Continue >> Continue
As you can see, the Key 3 position is blank, and the status of ignition switch is “No Key”.
Note: prepare dealer key and reset KM require unlock CAS4, enable key and disable key no need unlock CAS4!
Unlock CAS4
Unlock CAS4/CAS4+ >> Yes >> Save here >> Rename, press “OK”
Wait until updating flash finished…
CAS4/CAS4+ unlock success! You can make dealer key or reset KM via OBD!
After unlock or add a new key, try start engine first, if no start follow with prompts.
Press “OK” to continue.
Program Key
Prepare dealer key with ignition switch >> Select a key position: Key 3
CAS4 autodetect “Unencrypt version”, you’d better select “Unencrypt version” to prepare dealer key!
You can perform “Read ISN from working key” to confirm encrypt method!
Press “Yes” to use unencrypt version.
Press “No” to use encrypt version.
Yes >> OK
Insert a new key to ignition switch and turn on or put it close to emergency start position.
Press “OK”.
Learning key, please wait…
Key learn success! Press “OK”.
Go to read key information again, Key 3 is with new ID information.
Status of ignition switch is “Key 3”.

This is a demonstration of how to use VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad to program a key for BMW 520D 2011 CAS4 when all key lost.
What Token Reuqired to use Xhorse Key Tool Plus?
Question:
- Way 2: You can also use VVDI BE key pro or universal remotes to get token from key. 200 points= 1 token.
Wireless remote: 40 bonus points
Super remote: 40 bonus points
Smart remote: 60 bonus points
- Way 3: Link/Bind with Xhorse key cutting machines to get tokens (Condor Mini, Condor Mini Plus, Dolphin XP005)
- Benz online calculation token as above
- ID48 96bit cloning: you can buy 1 token or get token for bonus points (100 points for per cloning)
- Generate Toyota smart card: 200 points (only required in first generation, later it is free)
Program Jetta 2014 All Key Lost by Key Tool Plus via Dump
There are 2 ways to program 2014 VW Jetta AKL with Xhorse vvdi key tool plus pad: by online calculation via OBD or by dump thru vag obd helper. Here we introduces the 2nd way.

Transfer Data to Key Tool Plus Pad
Read dump with vag obd helper, then upload data to Xhorse data server
- Login in
- Go to Key Tool Plus:
Special function >> File management >> Scan code to login
- Go to Xhorse website: i.xhorse.com, scan the code on web.
Scan successful! Press “Confirm login”
- Upload
Go back to Xhorse cloud server to upload VW IMMO data. We can see its progress on the web.
- File location
Go to “My data” to check the file when downloading completed.
Generate Key-Load Data
Immo programming >> European >> VW >> Select by type >> 4th immo system – Volkswagen/Skoda/Seat >> Instrument with NEC+24C64(2013-) >> Begin >> Generate dealer key – load immo data
Select data file, press “Open” >> Continue >> Prepare normal dealer key >> Yes
Put an unlock 48 chip into the Xhorse Key Tool Plus coil, press “OK”.
Key make okay and locked!
Learn Key
Key learn >> Yes >> Program keys, get the login code from immo data to log
Warning: you should backup EEPROM and immo data before learn key.
If you have already backup you can continue, else backup EEPROM and immo data first.
Learn key, login with security code from immo data.
Put the key into ignition switch on accord flowing tips. You must prepare all the working key, if the key not learned, it can not start the engine after learned.
Press “Yes”.
Input learning key number, press “OK”.
Select data file, press “Open” >> Continue
Is the new key with keyless? No.
Insert the dealer key into ignition switch in turn, and keep switch on for 2s, the time for change key should smaller than 5 seconds.
Press “OK” after completing.
All keys successfully learned. Press “OK”.
Okay, it can start the engine, it is done!
Learn Remotes
Immo programming >> Europe >> VW >> Select by type >> Remote system >> 09 central control system (CAN) – BCM >> Begin >> Program remote
Learn remote control. You need prepare all key that you want to learn remote control.
The key will not remote control car if it is not learned.
Press “OK”.
Input learning key number, press “OK”.
Take off key, press UNLOCK button in 15 seconds for each remote(some car only learn 2 remote for 1 time)…
Remote control completed! Some models can program one key at a time, if you need to program multiple keys, please execute the function again. Press “OK”.
