Open FEM/BDC module, read EEPROM dump via programmer. Press “OK” to view the 95128/95256 chip position.
Press “Yes” to continue.
Start to read original 95128/95256 EEPROM data.
Please confirm you have completed:
OK >> Read >> Continue
Read successfully.
Make sure the adapter is connected properly, press “OK” to start to write service mode EEPROM.
Write >> Continue
Please restore FEM/BDC system, provide +12v and connect OBD, press “Yes”.
Open FEM/BDC shell, write the original EEPROM data to 95128/95256 chip, press “Yes”.
Start to write back original 95128/95256 EEPROM data.
Please follow the prompts to operate.
Write >> Continue >> OK
Write successfully.
Do you want to verify the write coding? Yes
FEM/BDC programming success, you can make new dealer key from the main window!
Prepare dealer key with ignition switch >> Select a blank key position: Key 4 >> Have a working key, use this key switch ignition on then click this item
Insert working key to ignition switch.
Record the key information, press “OK”.
Insert the new key into ignition or keep the new key close to emergency start position of the vehicle.
Key learn success!
Both the original key and new key can start the engine, and the remote are workable.
This is using Xhorse Key Tool Plus to program a BMW M4 2017 new key successfully.

Plug VVDI Key Tool Plus connector into OBD port, press
Immo programming >> LandRover >> LandRover(2015-2018) >> OBD matching without disassembly >> Start programming >> Smart key recognition
Put the original working key into Key Tool Plus coil, press “OK”.
To check the key ID: 1C043035
Select “Smart key adding/all key lost”.
Note: key adding will not delete the programmed key
OK >> OK
Do not remove the original working key, press “OK”.
Select a key location with Key ID to write: Key position 0
Put the new key to be programmed into Xhorse Key Tool Plus coil, press “OK”.
Programming success.
Let’s test the keys, both of remotes are fine, and can start the engine.

Programming a new 2016 Range Rover key with VVDI Key Tool Plus is easy to be done in 2 minutes
Just got a new device Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus recently, so today I wanna test it to control Dolphin XP005 Key Cutting Machine to cut a Volvo NE66 key.
Firstly you should get the bitting key code, it’s H05933, 3312-2134.
After connecting Key Tool Plus with Dolphin XP005, press
Cutting key >> All key lost >> Volvo >> Input key code, query >> NE66, 4-4 bitting
It shows the key bitting and requires to install M2-A clamp tip align position 2.
Fix the key blank on M2 clamp firmly, press “Cut”.
Dolphin XP005 machine starts cutting…
Wait cutting finished.
Then turn over to cut the other side.
Press “Cut” to wait…
Alright, completed!
Let’s try it in the door lock, it can work smoothly.
Done!
This is using VVDI Key Tool Plus to control Dolphin XP005 to cut NE66 when all key lost. It also supports to smart control other Xhorse machines like Condor XC-Mini Plus, XC-Mini and Panda.

Don’t need to do both parts of the programming (BCM & KVM), program key in KVM only.

How to use Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus to clone Chip 48 online for a Chevrolet Colorado Z71 2009? Here I’ll make a quick demo to show the steps.

A new blank key with Super Chip XT27A66
Procedure
Put the working key into Key Tool Plus coil, press
Transponder clone >> Read transponder
As you can see, it is a ID48 chip.
It’ll requires 100 points for ID48(96bit) online calculation.
Clone >> Start clone
Data collecting… put coil near ignition start and switch on off, then remove key out 8 times.
1 time successful in collect data,
2 time successful in collect data…
Repeat 8 times to finish.
Put original working key into Key Tool Plus coil to calculate.
Upload data success.
Wait Xhorse server for calculating…
Read original working key success.
The the working out, put Super Chip XT27 into coil.
Cloning successfully.
Now put the VVDI Super Chip into new key to have a try.
It can start the engine.
Done!
